Last summer vacation, I went on a trip to Beijing with my parents. It was an unforgettable journey.

On the first day, we visited the Forbidden City. The magnificent buildings and rich history left us in awe. We walked along the ancient corridors, imagining the lives of the emperors and their courts.

The next day, we climbed the Great Wall. Standing on the wall and looking around, the vast mountains and beautiful scenery were breathtaking. Although it was tiring, the sense of achievement was overwhelming.

Then, we went to the Summer Palace. The peaceful lake and the elegant pavilions made us feel relaxed and happy.

During the trip, we also tasted various delicious local foods. Beijing Roast Duck was especially delicious.
